Our apartments are located in Cleveland Circle of Brighton, just steps from 3 different âTâ lines (the B, C, and D of the Green line), a few bus lines (51 and 86), many restaurants and stores, Cassidy Park, and the beautiful Chestnut Hill Reservoir.
We are a family owned real estate company with a small portfolio of apartments in Brighton. We have been in this business since 1978. Our operating philosophy is simple: we treat our tenants with respect; we provide prompt, professional service; and we constantly strive to improve our properties and services. All of our buildings are professionally managed and our apartments are thoroughly cleaned before you move in.
There are no undergraduates in our apartments. We actively seek people who want a quiet, clean, well maintained building with tenants who are respectful of their neighbors. As a result, our tenants have an overwhelmingly positive living experience.
Most apartments feature modern eat-in kitchens with dishwashers, built-in microwave ovens over the range, ample granite countertops, and plenty of cabinet space. Each apartment contains ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. Many apartments also have ceiling fans in the kitchen. All apartments have newly renovated, modern bathrooms. The bathrooms contain plenty of storage space in the oversized mirrored medicine cabinet over the sink.
Heat and hot & cold water are included in the rent. A laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers is conveniently located on the first floor of each building.
We offer off street parking, subject to availability, for an additional monthly rental charge. Street parking is available as well.
